TEPEX the straight burden checker


Main characteristics

The TEPEX ML2 is a telemeter designed to measure the blasting bench ranging from 8 to 65.6 feet (2.5 m to 20 m). An electronic signal is sent across the rock by an emitting probe towards a receiving reading box. The reading box integrates an ultrasound telemeter.

No computer is needed to make measurments.

The emitter probe

The body of the probe is a cylinder made of polymer.

The probe is power supplied by 9V batterie (6F22 or 6LR61). The reading box is power supplied by 4 x 1,5v - batteries (model alkaline AA or LR20).
